Making pieces that speak to you even louder is a process that I love. Here are the particulars on what I do and don’t.
(2-4 weeks)
You’ll see these prices labeled as “made-to-order” throughout the website. Depending on the piece, you’ll have the option to pick a gold color or a specific stone.
(4-6 weeks)
Drawn to a piece but wish you could change up the gold color, size, or stone to make it feel more “you” ? I can usually do a bespoke version.
(up to 4 months)
Book a custom consult with me to discuss working on a concept inspired by one of my existing pieces. I am also open to vintage or sentimental design inspiration in the style of Ruinette. While I admire bench jewelers’ skills, what I do not do is recreate just any design you see.
What then? After le kickoff…
I love to bring custom pieces to life. Here are some of my favorite past projects. Reach out to chat about a custom Ruinette piece of your own.
Olivia’s sweet husband commissioned a special drippy pinky ring with a rainbow moonstone, cast in 14k yellow gold.
We recycled 12.5 grams of heirloom 18-karat gold to create this one-of-a-kind solid gold charm commemorating a milestone birthday.
We sourced a special 3.13-carat rubellite tourmaline and cast this unique, hand-sculpted cocktail ring in 18 grams of 18-karat white gold with palladium.
Terence commissioned a substantial signet ring in 10k white gold and garnet, his birthstone, with a hidden Aquarius symbol carved underneath to celebrate the release of his first film.
April inherited a gold ring with a beautiful smoky citrine that wasn’t her style. We recycled the hierloom gold and stone into a pendant paired with a handmade sterling silver paperclip chain.
Kirsten commissioned a special signet ring with her puppy’s tooth, paired with white and black diamonds and pink tourmaline in 14k yellow gold.
We can work with that! I am happy to recycle your gold for credit toward a purchase or melt down heirloom gold to make something new.
On a case-by-case basis, I take on heirloom stone projects (typically sapphires and diamonds). It’s important to discuss and take a good look at your pieces before committing to the work.
